   Food was okay running out of multiple dishes also the food was cold, drinks was good we expect a better experience on the food base on the prices the best part was the host very nice people the rest was just okay Not looking forward to come back again Thanks

   Drinks are 2 out of 10 but the rest is all amazing. The food was great, the service was great and the entertainment was wonderful. Loved the music as well but drinks that didn’t seem like they had liquor in there at all, have to give them a 2 out of 10 and the 2 was only based on the flavor being good.

   Seating wasn't the best having the view of the lobby but I did like the dark intimate lighting. Though we sat very close to other people and the tables were very small leaving little room for dishes. The server was a pleasant lady who talked about her dog apparently to each table near the end of their experience. We had a valentine's day special that started well with the beginning dishes. I decided to add the tomahawk which was $140 and the presentation was fair but my steak turned out to be cooked nearly well done. I did not want to make a fuss and ruin the moment but I did ask for a replacement to take home. Still was charged the entire amount. A reheated steak is never the same. Can't say I would recommend people to go.

   I was hoping it was going to be good, it looked “cool” and very popular in terms of the cliental but the food was salty and not very “Latino” - not worth the price. My server was lovely but not enough to make up for the poor tasting food and high price.

   The food was great but the service was not great, we never got checked on, always had to flag the waiter down, never introduced hisself just walked right up and stated asking what we wanted to eat.

   The reason why we won’t go back - valet. It was horrible. Average wait time, 30 mins. Toro great but valet was -257 on a scale of 1 to 10.

    Toro was interesting. The Ambiance doesn't disappoint at all. The food was pretty good. Smoked guacamole was delicious. The catch of the day was the branzino- incredible!! The short rib was nice and tender. Very flavor. The chicken dish was great too however, it came out cold. Had to send it back to be remade. The drinks were on point. The reason I'm giving them a 3, customer service was a zero. Upon arrival, the host- VERY NASTY. VERY RUDE. To the point we almost left because we couldn't believe how nice nasty and condescending her tone was. Our friends who arrived before us, also said she was rude to them as well. The server, Hallie was phenomenal. The place was not packed but the service was extremely slow. Kitchen took a while for us to get our food- even the starters. Overall- nice place but they need to work on customer service.
