   Have been to Tony Roma several times before and had lovely meals, but this time, service was slow, food Luke warm, steak was barely med rare. Husband ordered a wagyu steak, but didn’t taste like it was actually Wagyu. We were there to take our son out for a good meal before we leave Perth, he enjoyed his ribs, so we didn’t makes fuss. Was a bit disappointing overall this time.

   We made a reservation for 6pm on a Monday as we were going to a show at 8pm at RAC. Drinks arrived after an hour and the food at 7.30. Both steaks were well done not medium, the Cob salad was basically just lettuce, cheese and dressing. Totally unprepared for a busy evening. Even in the ladies toilet only 1 of 3 was working. Terribly unhappy as this is not what I would expect.

   Really enjoyed the food - good quantities and reasonable price. Prawn entree was great. Ribs and steak were great. Service wasn't the best but probably just our waiter. Ambience wasn't the best.

   Changed their menu and there was no notice that they did this on their website. The kids menu was $9.95 and we ordered the classic burger with chips for 8 year old. It came out as a tiny slider, with one slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce the size of the slice of the tomato. The burger patty was a third of a regular patty size and was smaller than the bun itself. We paid for our meal and told them that is was very discouraging to see the size of the burger for 10$. After checking the receipt they charged us $12.95 for the kids burger and I called them to complain. Jamie said that we had been handed the wrong menu and the new price was $12.95. I said I would like a refund and they said management would get back to me. We also ordered the onion loaf which was much smaller than usual and 2 racks of baby back ribs. The staff didn't even know the new menu at all. We will not be going back.

   Always great ribs & their coleslaw is the best! It’s a must every time we travel to Perth.

   The service was excellent, lovely setting and the food delicious I had the kickin prawns as my main just sensational and my husband had the ribs in honey sauce he didn’t leave a morsel we can’t wait to go back!

   The kids' burgers are ridiculously small ( snack bite size ). This should be recommended for kids under the age of 6

   Food was great as usual, however service was terrible. A let down to previous times. Had to flag someone down to try and get more drinks. No one ever asked if we wanted dessert or coffees. We gave up and left. We mentioned this as we paid on our way out and was told sorry it was a busy night. Restaurant wasn’t even that full. We have seen the place absolutely packed on previous visits and had better service. A real shame as it was my birthday and I really wanted dessert.
