This restaurant was not open. We arrived for a reservation and the business was closed up, I tried to call and the phone went right to a voice mail!

Absolutely terrible service. The host completely ignored our party of 12. I was standing in the middle of the restaurant waiting for a chair he told me he was bringing and just never did. After 15 mins of no service we all got up and walked out. Had a lovely dinner across the street!

The sidewalk sign read Lunch Special, my reservation was on OpenTable, and yet the kitchen was not able to produce any food.

Best value for good Italian food in the West Village. Best kept secret I suppose but sometimes you need a reservation. Staff is cordial, welcoming and down right sweet

I heard great things about this place but the two main courses my friend and I had were remarkably underwhelming. My lasagna was flavorless and my mate’s pasta with sausage I. Vodka sauce was also very bland. Perhaps it was just an off-night, but we were both quite disappointed.

Pizza cook in training was on, which our waiter admitted, sent my pizza back 2x - my dining partner had finished when the 2nd came - no taste and was as soupy as the first one, not cooked from the center thru half way up - the kicker was they charged me 23 dollars for something I ate one slice of pizza of & as we left the manager didn’t lift his head he kept his back to us. This was my 4th time there and recommended it . I will not be returning or recommending- another fad restaurant
