   It was an excellent experience. Everything exceeded expectations except the wine pairing. We selected the premium wine pairing and it was well off the mark. The food was creative and unique, delicious. The wine pairing was none of that. Truly disappointing with such a great experience.

   The night we went there was only the tasting menu. Some offers included grasshoppers and ant eggs. Each dish (9 total) was about 1 bite which was elaborately presented but tasted bland and was always swimming in some kind of oil. Good thing was when we left we didn’t feel stuffed ( or full). This was much adieu about nothing but very expensive! Service was good but took 2 1/2 hours to eat. We did not do the wine pairings and nobody around us did them either.

   We had a pleasant evening with great service, but the food fell a bit short of expectations. The burrata dish was overly salty, and while the fried shrimp was flavorful, it was overwhelmed by too much sauce, making it difficult to finish. This was my second visit, and I had previously recommended this restaurant to many friends, but unfortunately, after this experience, I’m unsure if I’ll return.

   Tintoque has very flavorful and interesting food. I would highly recommend this place for foodies. We sat on the back patio, which overlooks a dry river bed (it could be wet during the rainy season). The patio is nicely done and comfortable. Even though it was a cool night, there was an oscillating fan running, which was a little loud and distracting, but otherwise, the patio was very nice. Our wait staff was very attentive. We started with margaritas and then ordered a bottle of Italian wine. The wine list is extensive, and more expensive than expected, which seems typical for Mexico. The best part was the food! They brought a nice muse bouch. There were two of us, and we ordered two items for sharing and then two entrees. All courses were very generous and we could have shared fewer items. The dishes were very creative and well-presented. We highlight recommend this place.

   The food was excellent. This was our second visit and we'll be back. Our server, David, was completely on top of things. Very professional. The music was way too loud for a fine dining restaurant. It took multiple asks for the staff to turn down the volume so we could talk without shouting at a table for 6. I recommend fixing this issue. Having blasting music is not the atmosphere for a restaurant at this price point. It's not a Malecon bar. There's plenty of loud music to be found elsewhere in Vallarta.

   A hidden gem in Puerto Vallarta. Creative cocktails to start, followed by wonderful sourdough and other bread to start appetizers. Entrees to suit most any taste. Service was 5 star - Thank you Alexis and Oswaldo! A bit on the pricey side for PV, but an outstanding special experience for our group of 8. Gracias.

    the service was excellent. Our waiter was amazing and took care of our guest who was dairy and gluten allergic. He counseled her on the plates that met her dietary needs. The drinks were amazing. Our first time, we wiill definitely be back
