   This was my second visit and the pork belly definitely on point. Could use some bread or something on the table, some dishes are very rich and could use bread. Servers very knowledgeable and friendly. A lot of new construction in the area not a great view right now but maybe in the future. Portions could be bigger for the prices. Overall great little place.

   So Tinker was a favorite of ours since they had first opened. Using clean foods, private farms and lovely selection of wines too, the complex yet tasty menu and welcoming venue was fun! However this experience didn’t start out well. This reservation was for a progressive birthday dinner for our very close friends and a party of 6....Side note, my husband and I did have dinner two weeks before our reservation to be sure the table we asked for was on our reservation. The road is loud and I didn’t want to be next to the sidewalk. So ...We arrived 10 minutes early, we drive an hour from Lafayette...They seated us opposite of where I had reserved, seating the 6 of us next to the road and sidewalk. That was upsetting. The overhead fan was on full speed, our hair and menus were blowing away. I had asked the Maître d’ when being seated to turn it off . She said she would but I waited meanwhile the guest of honor had to put her jacket on. Then I asked our server to turn it off, she said she would wait for the Maître d’ to do it, still didn’t happen. Then after the third time I was done and upset. My husband had to go to the hostess to ask a 4th time. Finally it’s off. My fear also was rain, sitting next to the outer part of the patio I was not good with it raining And it rained of course and became colder and windy. Food was good, but comfort is always key in a long dinner, introducing my friends to Tinker was a let down. Didn’t feel valued at all, especially after my husband and I made sure we came earlier for dinner to arrange our next outing and it was still a disappointing. We spend $$$ on these dinners, I didn’t feel like we had in the past times there. Staff wasn’t attentive, not like it had been before they reopened.

   Unique, tiny restaurant nestled in a cool downtown neighborhood. Love the vibe. The food is always delicious and surprising.

   The food was good , the drinks were good, The wait staff were good. In the middle of our service our waitress informed us we were getting a different waiter. Great place.

    really liked the location/ambience. all the food was great but in my opinion the Korean chicken and waffles was the star. had two great cocktails. one made with wine and gin (can't remember name) and the other was a really good martini. Chef came around to tables which was nice.
