We chose from the 'Yinghe' modern Asian menu to share between my wife and I, and were not disappointed. Each of the dishes was excellently prepared and all were delicious. The service was impeccable, provided by wonderful staff and we cannot praise the whole experience highly enough. A fabulous dining experience in a truly wonderful hotel. We are already making plans to return.

I Celebrated My Birthday At The Ting Restaurant And All My Standards Were Met. All The Staff Are Lovely & The Food Is Amazing Also They Play Live Jazz Music! Definitely Recommend x

Exquisite! The table service was slightly rushed in the beginning (we prefer the dining vice scarfing our faces like Neanderthals experience). When that was expressed, the service swiftly changed to our liking and we had a lovely time! The food was impeccably curated and masterfully paired by the sommelier.

Amazing view, but service lagged (forgot food, brought tea without tea bags - just hot water; took ages to get food and it came all at different times). Food quality is very average although my wife did like the baos. I was not impressed and also spent the night in the hotel feeling unwell. Would not recommend.

While food was ok, IMO not befitting of a 5 star hotel in an exclusive location like The Shard. Service was also not supreme with long waits for drinks and no return visits to ask if we wanted refills when drinks were empty. Restaurant furniture, floors and tableware also a bit shabby. The view makes up for it but will unlikely be returning.

Was one of the best places ever been for nye the food menu was delicious, the music was amazing, the fireworks although its was far but accessible to everyone Highly recommend it and sure will come back Thanks a lot
