   We were recommended this restaurant from a family member who heard it was good. We traveled 40 minutes with high expectations. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, unfortunately the timing of the food being delivered was as if the kitchen was backed up with orders. The waiter seemed pleasant… however, we had to wait over 10 minutes for water. We put our order in, and after 10 plus additional minutes we needed something (!) to absorb the wine. We flagged down the manager (Jack), who was just beyond d accommodating, and he got us bread. Where was the waiter?? He was just walking past us smiling. We put our order in, and ordered (waiters suggestion), the pasta made by the table. We waited and waited. Finally the entree arrives before the pasta appetizer- we insisted that we did not want this. Apparently, this fell upon deaf ears. The waiter just smiled and apparently, does not know how to deal with minor unpleasant situations. The pasta when served to us was cold. We flagged down the waite, and explained this to him. He said something like “uh huh”, and then switched the topic saying that what we ordered was his favorite. By the way, he originally said his favorite was the branzino, and then switched the favorite to a different dish. The point being, he just didn’t care. He just wasn’t present. Jack, the manager came over and understood our issues. He cared, he listened and he understood. He was more than generous with the bill. I do understand that it is difficult to find good employees, especially in the current job market. I do think that our waiter needs to be aware of how he came across to the patrons. Obviously, being in the hospitality industry a good listener is most important. Thank you.

   Love ❤️ coming for ♓️🍸♓️ cocktails & dinner. We sat at the bar where our friend MEG was bartending. She always makes excellent martinis to our likings. We shared a calamari 🦑 to start and a ribeye steak 🥩 - It was fabulous…! Too bad earning O.T. points are limited only to dine @Timpano’s. Wish it’s all week available to earn points. We’ll be coming more often then-

   The Resturant is beautifully decorated - we sat on the side patio which was also gorgeous! The food and drinks were delicious. The staff was very attentive. Can’t wait to go back again.

   Timpano has been a favorite of mine for years, but my experience last night was subpar. I had guests in from out of town and wanted to impress them … epic fail. The wheel of pasta experience was horrible!! They added pesto, it was served lukewarm and was not like what I’d had before. Definitely not a fettuccine meal as expected. The server did nothing but say oh I’m sorry we’re changing it back. He was funny but very distracted, which made it worse. He even forgot my boyfriend’s dinner drink. I was disappointed because this was not an 800.00 meal experience. What happened timpanos?? Please stop changing your signature dishes ! I’m giving you a 3 because I know just how delicious your food usually is and bc of lack luster service.

   A few delays in our service ,but management was involved and corrected the issues. Food was good not great and just a bit too loud inside to have a conversation. We wanted to sit outside to be able to talk, but when a server was asked to pick up a table outside they declined to, so no biggie, but would’ve rather to sit outside on a nice evening.

   Service was extremely slow throughout the entire experience. Took me 40mins to get my first glass of water after ordering it along with a cocktail when I first sat down.

    We had excellent pasta dishes. Nice sized portions. They did not rush you at all. Would definitely return.
