This is definitely going in our outing rotation. Very nice ambiance and great customer service. There is an upstairs area, where you can wait while your table is getting prepared. The food came out very quickly and was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience was soooo good. Every aspect of the visit was great. Our bartender VAN was the best part. The drinks and recommendations he made/gave stoled the show!!!! Thank you and we’ll be back!

Mediocre at best. Food was pretty bland. Have a lot of kinks to still work out. Online menu is not what they have in restaurant.

It was a fantastic dining experience! Nick our waiter was efficient, and had great suggestions from the menu. Food was excellent. We had the burrata, beef Wellington, short rib ragu and galaxy desert! Drinks were yummy! We will be visiting again soon!

I walked by Timbr the other day and was intrigued because it was so pretty from the outside, and the menu looked good. Couldn’t wait for it to open. Was only able to get a reservation at 5:30 on a weeknight, apparently it has become very popular already. Our table was perfect, they put the two of us on a really nice four-top booth along the window. Service was very attentive. First disappointment was the menu itself, made of flimsy, wrinkled paper and had food stains on it. For a high end restaurant, I would expect to have a nicer menu. Big turn off. Our first two cocktails were mediocre. The grapefruit basil tasted so smoky you could not taste the grapefruit or the basil. I had to add extra basill to render it palatable. The mango concoction was mediocre. Fortunately, the espresso martinis were super. Our Caesar salad was disappointing, it looked pretty with its whole baby Romaine leaves, but lacked flavor, very surprising. Fortunately, the rest of the food was outstanding: oxtail empanadas were great, short rib over pasta super tasty, and a fantastic filet mignon… Although shockingly small. It is listed as 8 ounces, but there’s no chance this was 8 ounces. A $68 petite filet that is advertised as bigger than it is, very surprising and shouldn’t happen. But again, it was perfectly seasoned and delicious. Rosemary mashed potatoes, a nice accompaniment. Everything is à la carte by the way. For dessert we had the blueberry sponge cake, the cake itself was OK but the blueberry sorbet was out of this world. It is indeed very pretty inside…But got increasingly loud, with an almost club vibe into the evening. I was grateful for our early reservation and the fact that we sat near the window because deeper in the restaurant, it lacked the upscale ambience of fine dining and felt more like a chic and trendy spot, which is not what I thought the place was going to be. Obviously it suits many people, but this is not a place I would return to, for all reasons stated.

The Good - dessert. Cheesecake was good the sorbet was excellent, presentation was A+. Appetizer. The oxtail Empanadas had good flavor and the crust was delicious. The Bad - the braised lamb shank was salty but edible, however the mess of grits left a lot to be desired just tasted old and heavy on the salt. The Ugly - the beef Wellington, if you’re not going to do a beef Wellington well, just leave it off the menu please. At $72 it’s pricey and at $72 it better taste good, this was not good. It was stale, the crust was chewy, the beef tough and medium well if I’m being generous. It had this awful metallic aftertaste, the best part was the mash potatoes underneath and on any other day would just be mashed potatoes but with this Wellington it was a welcomed palate cleanser. Too many other options to ever have dinner here again, however, I may return for a glass of wine the Sancerre was refreshing
