Join us for a modern interpretation of classic gourmet dishes and a celebration for what lies ahead.

The concept behind our award-winning dining experience can be described as “American Nouveau" cuisine that borrows cooking traditions and techniques from all around the world to create something new and exciting.

Through its breathtaking architecture and innovative menu, Tillie’s lives the American Nouveau concept. The restaurant’s building, a repurposed town hall from the Ninh Binh region of Vietnam, is the physical embodiment of an experience that takes inspiration from history and cultures.

We had the worst experience here last night. At this price point you expect the food to be superb, but unfortunately it was horrible. There was a problem in the kitchen and it took extremely long for the food to even arrive. We almost left and it would have been better if we had. I will never go here again.

This place was absolutely incredible as far as the food & ambiance! Also had Brad as our server: very thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s history, A+ food/drink recommendations, and elite balance between checking in & letting us take our time enjoying our meal.

It took almost 10 minutes to get the 2 drinks we ordered that came out after we were served our 2 appetizers. Also, we didn't get seated until 5;10 pm even though we had the 1st dinner reservation seating at 5 pm.

My recent visit to Tillie’s in Dripping Springs for a Valentine's Day dinner, facilitated seamlessly through OpenTable, was nothing short of exceptional. This charming gem, nestled in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, boasts not only an outstanding culinary experience but also an atmosphere that invites relaxation and intimate conversation. The restaurant itself is striking in both its design and thoughtfully curated ambiance. From the sweeping, open spaces to the carefully chosen design elements, the restaurant feels well crafted, making it easy to see why it was featured as “Top 50 Most Beautiful Restaurants in America” by OpenTable. Despite being a popular choice for the holiday, it was far from overcrowded, providing a peaceful and inviting environment. The volume was just right, offering an intimate setting where conversations flow freely without the intrusion of noise. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was attentive and engaging, ensuring that every need was met promptly and professionally. The seamless service, paired with their warm hospitality, made us feel like guests in a home, not customers in a restaurant. For the occasion (Valentine’s Day prefixed menu), each course was expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and perfectly portioned. Table setting was impeccable, featuring two real candles that added a soft, romantic glow to the evening, further enhancing the atmosphere. The drink menu stood out with its unique, seasonal cocktails. They were crafted in a simple and beautiful way. Drinks arrived quickly, and each sip was a delightful blend of flavors. Our four cocktails, along with Pellegrino water and a double espresso to end the meal, complemented the dishes wonderfully. At a final price of $389.70 for two people, the quality of the food, service, and overall experience made the cost feel more than reasonable. I look forward to returning to Tillie's to explore their standard menu.

Valentine experience was exceptional. Great wine pairing too. Quite enough to talk with the table. Food did not disappoint. Creative meats and wonderful flavors!

It seemed since it was a prefixed menu that too much of it was prepared the days(s) before. The bread was cold and I think was supposed to come with butter but didn't. We eventually asked for butter as without it the bread was dry. The salad's lettuce was not fresh but not quit brown but certainly turning. They seemed to have been plated days before. The steak had lots of grizzle and the short rib too much marble ( more marble than meat). The apple crumble dessert was the best thing on the menu. Cheesecake just ok. For the price the whole thing was quite disappointing. We are regular customers at Tillie's and usually love it. Had this been our first time we probably would not go back. Since we have been satisfied on many other occasions we will try again.

We had a 6:45 PM reservation and weren't seated until 7:25 PM. It was a busy night (day before Valentine's day) and the wait could be understood. The service was slow. Again, special occasion and maybe they were short staffed that night. The drinks were great and the food was fabulous!! Love Tillie's and will return soon!

First timers. Great hill country drive from Kyle to get there. Pleasant ambience. Great staff. Amazing food. Duck was a first for me and Tillie’s did not disappoint. Already recommended to family.
