This winter, SingleThread is thrilled to introduce ThroughLine, presented by OpenTable and the Visa Dining Collection, offering an unparalleled cinematic dining experience through a seasonal residency series. Along with partners Miele and Audi, this intimate, 14-seat, 12-course Omakase-inspired journey is paired with an eight-part film series by Emmy-nominated Director Justin Taylor Smith, immersing guests in the stories of the farms, fisheries, and artisans that sustain us.

With experiences hosted in Park City, Utah, and New York in 2025, ThroughLine builds upon SingleThread’s ethos, offering an unparalleled exploration of the stories behind the ingredients and artisanal practices that inspire each dish.
