   I hsve visited a few times now and my experience I always excellent! The food is always fabulous, with an extensive menu, and it’s also great value. We usually visit with a large group and each meal is faultless. The other aspect that deserves a mention is the fantastic customer service we experience from every member of staff. We are always greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome.. 5* from me!

   Went for lunch with family, food and service was very good. Nice traditional pub that has a little more personality than a lot of the other pubs in the area. Great pub and very dog friendly. Good value and left very full, will be going again.

   Very slow service. Food could have been a lot better. As it was boxing day it should have been a lot more festive, but the tables were not done up, nothing made it festive. Real shame really sorry but not worth the money we paid.

    Subject: Formal Complaint About Our Recent Dining Experience Dear [Restaurant Manager’s Name], I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience my group and I had at your restaurant during our recent visit. Unfortunately, several issues left us feeling dissatisfied and regretting our choice to dine at your establishment. 1.Preorders Not Fulfilled We were not informed that our preorders would not be fulfilled on the day of our visit. This lack of communication caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. 2.Starter Quality The bread served with our starter was rock hard and completely inedible. This is unacceptable and far from the quality we expected. 3.Main Course Issues The turkey was served cold, and the Brussels sprouts were undercooked and hard. This lack of attention to food quality was very disappointing, especially during what should have been a special meal. 4.Dessert Presentation and Service The dessert service was particularly disheartening. The ice cream arrived melted and was carelessly shoved onto the table, causing it to slide off. To make matters worse, it was not replaced, which reflects poor etiquette and a lack of basic customer service. Last Christmas, we dined at the Harvester, which offered better-quality food and service at a significantly lower price. Based on the reputation of your restaurant, we had high expectations for a memorable experience in a beautiful setting. However, we left feeling let down and as though we had been overcharged for subpar service and food. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as we expected much more from your establishment.
