   Service was abysmal, everyone in my party currently or previously worked in the restaurant business so we would have been extremely forgiving if they were busy. The food was limited, which was misleading as their online menu showed a much better selection. Getting our order in took forever, our waitress got two of the drinks wrong and still charged my sister for hers. She said she’d drink it only because it took so long for them to come and she didn’t want to wait another 15 min. Extremely disappointing overall. Japanese sweet potato tots were amazing but not worth the poor experience.

   Our server, Christian, was the best! Great drinks and the HH brussels and sweet potato tots were tremendous. We enjoyed it so much, we stopped back by at the end of our evening for a nightcap. Highly recommend.

   Thistle are Rye exceeded my expectations! Very classy inside and the outdoor patio area looked lovely (we went on Valentine’s Day, too cold, so we didn’t go outside). Service was impeccable and very attentive with 2 people checking on us often and the waiter packing up our leftovers! Food was great! My boyfriend loves smash burgers and he loved theirs! The whipped cheese appetizer is amazing!

   This is truly a hidden gem. The food on the Happy Hour menu is phenomenal! The smash burger, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes tots, I could go on and on. Our server was attentive , the manager even came out and was super kind. They made our family birthday gathering one to remember. The decor of the hotel lobby all the way up to the 3rd floor is nice and modern. And the views from the restaurant are a nice switch up from ground level eating. We will definitely be back!!

   Menu was interesting, service average the holiday decor including igloos was cool. The burger was very good, but the street tacos were incredibly greasy which is not authentic to Mexican street tacos. Would have rated ambiance higher but we were given a 2-seater table right next to bar which was too busy & felt crowded.

    There was so much potential but it fell short. The service was very unorganized and slow. We waited 30 mins before anyone took our order, then food came before our drinks. We received our drinks 45 mins after being sat. The food & drinks were good, and servers were friendly just very slow. Also side note but the speakers were didn’t really work, they were linked to someone else’s phone that kept cutting in and out, we asked about it but no help. They also did not take the $50 reservation fee off and we had to explain and go to the bar to sort that out. I would definitely skip this one.
