   My boyfriend and I went here because he hasn’t visited before. I have gone several times before and raved on the food. However this visit was different. The food was just OK. I had the lobster tail and fried rice and he had the teriyaki salmon. His salmon was severely undercooked and my lobster tail was tasteless and underseasoned. My rice was also extremely cold. We also have the surf and turf egg rolls and they were just OK. This is not a place that you visit for good food but if you wantto have a vibe with good drinks and hookah while you eat, this is the place for you.

   Just go somewhere else. The food quality is like chilis. The ambience is like a club/lounge with loud music and crappy drinks. You can find much better food for that price point elsewhere. Also my husband got sick after. He had the steak and undercooked carrots.

   This was our first time at the restaurant. It was karaoke night and that part was fun. Our waitress was nice and friendly. Our food was terrible my seafood rice was crunchy the rice was not done after sending it back twice they just couldn’t get it right. The crab loaded fries had little pieces of crab meat and the fries had no seasoning. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. My husbands pasta was dry and lacked seasoning. Finally the manager came over im assuming it was the manager she didn’t introduce herself she just asked did i want anything else from the menu. We will not be back. The food was to expensive to taste like garbage and be uncooked.

   Actually a horrible experience we had reservations at 9:30 and did not get seated until 1045. We then had to wait 30 minutes for a drink and we put food order in and I guess they ran out of food and just didn’t tell us cause by 1145 no food had been brought to us by then they also happen to be out of a lot of things which they didn’t tell us until we ordered and it seemed like they were having a private party and catering to their needs first which is fine, but they probably shouldn’t have been open for the public if this is going to be an issue, really disappointed because I came for my birthday dinner and left hungry and very disappointed.

   The food is over priced. Don't know why our food was $150 Our table was too close to other customers dinning. But I would definitely come back to try the other food items on the appetizer menu. My lemon drop very good and strong!

   Expected a great experience based off previous reviews. Waitstaff was great but the kitchen did not have anything we wanted on the menu and did not notify us until after we placed our order. The manager was gracious enough to adjust our bill and provided a complimentary bottle of champagne for our party.

   They were out of the 18 oz and the braised rib but they substituted with a filet and two lamb chops.

   I have been to Thirteen a few times and I will say I am disappointed in the food and parking. Valet now costs $40 with a $2 credit card fee. I would rather walk in the rain and park across the street in the garage (which we did). Next was the food. I was disappointed to see some of my friends received large seafood egg rolls and myself and another guest received shrimp wraps (aka seafood egg roll). Lastly the seafood fried rice was undercooked and I thought it was just my rice but other friends shared their rice with salmon was undercooked and hard as well. Our waiter was nice and accommodated us for the shrimp wraps. I was hosting friends and family and thought to myself since I haven't been to Thirteen in a while that maybe they have upgraded and they have. The restaurant is nice but the menu is limited with about 6-8 meal choices. I think I've had my fair share of Thirteen.
