   We (5 related families) come here quarterly during our “timeshare” week. We always have dinner here our first night in, & usually 1-2 more times during the week. We love being able to walk here, the food is delicious, the staff friendly & helpful, and the wine! We really enjoy coming here!

   Dinner has always been good on previous visits. On this occasion our neighbors joined us for a birthday for my wife (a total of 4 people). The waitress was polite and very attentive. My wife ordered the tenderloin steak and was very clear to the waitress that she wanted her steak between med rare and rare and to error on the rare side if unsure. We also ordered the rib eye, another tenderloin and Halibut at the table. The food came fairly quickly and we all proceeded to eat. When my wife cut into her tenderloin it was definitely overcooked and it was more like medium rather than rate. We called the waitress over and told her and she looked at it and agreed and said she would have the chef cook her another so she took the steak back to the kitchen only to return a few minutes later with the same steak that was cut in half presumably by the chef and the waitress said the chef told her it was cooked properly in the center. So even though 75% of the rest of the steak was overcooked the chef said the steak was overcooked he said it was proper. Not wanting to create a scene my wife took the steak back and tried to eat what she could even though it was starring to get cold. So we spent almost $400 on her birthday dinner and she didn’t enjoy her meal at all. We were very disappointed and probably won’t be back.

   We love the Winemakers Grill and come several times a year when visiting Chelan. The food and service are always excellent!

   Great food and even better service. Portions were good and everything was served hot. Our drinks were perfectly made. I hate how much prices have gone up for eating out everywhere. Just a wonderful experience, and continues to be my favorite restaurant in the Chelan/Manson area.

   Excellent service, and excellent culinary experience as usual. We love winemakers grill, and Wapato Point Cellers wine. Excellent attentive staff Jonathan did a fantastic job tonight.

   Been taking family here every year for ten plus years , service is outstanding, usually everything is on point. This is a high standard restaurant, I’m,Thinking they lost their chef and hired an intermediate cook, prawns were over cooked, vegetables and steaks undercooked, normally you get what you pay for, but a dinner for three with drinks was $400.00 with tip. Not sure who changed things there but lots of room for improvement in the kitchen. Great drinks and the service staff is awesome couldn’t have done a better job.
