Great experience, very busy although really nice atmosphere, our waitress not only takes our food and drink orders but also has singing spots every now and then, her singing (opera, classical) was outstanding and made for a unique experience throughout the cafe. Of course I was there for the Rocky experience (Adrian’s) in the films, memorabilia was great. Yes definitely a charming place for a lovely night out.

This restaurant is staffed by professional singers. Mostly opera. They are amazing. The singing is about every 20 minutes and a different person each time. They are highly trained opera singers basically between shows. The quality and skill is amazing. They sing in the middle of the room about every 20 minutes. They don’t come table to table. They explain the piece and meaning before they sing it. Amazing. The food is Los very good we enjoyed all parts of the meal. There is an upstairs lounge that is really nice. You just can’t hear the singing. We had a fantastic time. Don’t be in a rush it’s not for a quick dinner.

Cool place to visit. Obviously not for the food but for the neat vibe and entertainment. The servers were all very talented and went out of their way to make up for the awful food experience. Everything tasted like it was heated up from a frozen food container. If you do go just sit at the bar and order a drink to enjoy the performers and then go somewhere else to eat.

Would recommend this lovely restaurant to any and all. The 100-year-old restaurant is cozy and beautiful. My husband found this place and I was a bit skeptical. Not any more. The menu is varied and serving sizes huge. I thought that the singing waiters might be a bit schmatzy but it made the evening fun and unique. Plus, these singers are very talented. The entire staff was first-rate, knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been going here for at least 65 years- my god father took me as a starving teen. There are places w more elegant food, but the overall experience and opera makes it always a special jot
