    Our group of 3 people tried several dishes and every one of them was delicious. The beets are beyond fabulous as well as the steak and frites. We liked the experience so much we came back the next night while we were in town. The cocktails did not disappoint.

    We came from Chelan to experience Chef Wilsons Thanksgiving Dinner and one night stay at Casia Lodge & Ranch. The ambiance was warm, sophisticated and serene. The service was excellent. Chef Wilsons Thanksgiving Turkey did not disappoint. It was moist and tender, full of flavor and included several sides cooked to perfection as well as creative harvest salad and pumpkin bisque. Best of all we had enough food leftover to enjoy the following day from home! Our room was cozy and tranquil, with a blanket of fresh snow enhancing the beauty of our holiday in the Methow Valley.

    The tenderloin, wagyu ribs, and venison were all melt-in-the-mouth tender. Excellently knowledgeable and friendly staff, gorgeous views and ambiance. With the splurge.

    Incredible meal. We had heirloom tomatoes with creamy ricotta, balsamic and basil, rib eye , short ribs and pumpkin cheesecake. All was perfection. We want to go back for the beet appetizer which other diners were raving about.

    Beautiful experience dining at Casia! Creative delicious food made with local organic ingredients including from their own garden. Service was great, staff so friendly and took wonderful care of us. We will be going back soon!

    Experienced a wonderful wine dinner featuring Rocky Pond Winery. The food pairings from tasty creative appetizers all the way through the perfect ending dessert were 5 star and presented beautifully.
