   Worst steak I’ve ever had. Was cooked to requested medium rare but was sooooo tough and it was a ribeye! The server didn’t even ask if there was an issue when he cleared our plates and saw a 16 ounce steak still there.

   The service at this restaurant was abysmal. We ordered drinks and received them 45 minutes later and only after asking another waitress (apparently our waitress left for the night and didn't tell anyone). The food was poorly presented and cold. I sent back my salmon as it was barely room temperature.

   First time visiting this restaurant and it was the perfect place for our anniversary dinner. The service was great, food was delicious and the drinks were the best part. Looking forward to visiting again!

   Celebrated NYE at the Vault. It was $185 prefix menu with an option to upgrade to a steak. We were told they sold out of steak after we ordered it and ordered wine to go with it. The food either had no flavor and/or was cold. The lobster bisque was water downed. The sea scallops had no flavor and the sauce was watered down with no flavor. The service wasn’t that great and should be trained for a higher end steak restaurant. The meal and atmosphere wasn’t valued at $185.

   We had dinner here on New Years Eve and enjoyed the pre fixe menu. The yellow fin tuna was outstanding as was seafood platter and steak. The lobster bisque was flavorless however and the baked Alaska was meh. We were also very disappointed in the service level. Our server was inexperienced and it showed. The ancillary wait staff made up for it though. The vibe felt impersonal and as though the wait staff was pained to be there. The exception was management and Johnnie. Johnnie was the warm part we expected from a high end dinner.
