   We were promised an enchanting evening by our server. However he and the team failed to deliver on the service. Drinks took a long time to be received after ordering. The sommelier, decanted our wine, but did not offer to serve it and he left. After awhile we served ourselves. While ordering our main courses one of the guests asked if a dish could be prepared in a way to avoid an allergy. She was prompted to give a second choice in case the first could not be prepared in a safe way. The waiter never got back to her and simply delivered the second choice with the main courses. Appetizers came with one missing. Our waiter was no where to be found. After everyone else was almost done the last appetizer came (still no waiter). The server told us what was ordered takes longer to make than the other appetizers that is why it came later. Really? The main course took a really long time to be delivered. The food was very good, but service and therefore supervision was unfortunately not. Not sure if we will go back - too bad because the food was very good.

   There were some standouts from the food that we ordered, but a couple menu items were just so-so. For a steakhouse, we were disappointed that they didn’t change out our silverware for steak knives and new forks, a detail that elevates the experience. We ordered their house Cesar salad, prepared tableside. Our server recommended that we order one order for our table of 6, which was a great recommendation but when the salad was served uncut, we were cutting up the salad to share and distribute ourselves. At other comparable streakhouses we’ve been to that offer tableside service, you are usually served individually. The steaks were all very well cooked and did not disappoint. However the sides were just ok, and at steakhouses the sides are as important as the steaks. Nothing was bad, our server was lovely but the overall attention to detail in service and food (sides) were not what we have experienced at other steakhouses.

   American waygu was flavorful and corn risotto was delicious, panna cotta and chocolate mouse were good desserts. Available wines by he glass were fair, had the Baxter pinot noir. Waiter/service staff when available were professional. Evening manager & receptionist were welcoming and friendly & attentive. Unfortunately, couples tables were too close to the larger dining tables with rather loud & drunk men.

   Absolutely fantastic. My best friend and I went all out. Parker House Rolls, Oysters, Caesar salad, Ribeyes, spinach… a feast! Service excellent.. many staff came by to chat and u was a great night. Panna cotta for dessert and a great memory of a meal and great venue. For a special night with friends I would totally recommend 💥💥💥💥

   Jarrett was PHENOMENAL, Oliver was too and actually … all the rest of the staff. It was a wonderful experience , the steaks were WONDERFUL - and we’re from Texas !!! … I would highly recommend the chocolate mousse to finish your meal. As a matter of fact.. this place will definitely be highly recommend to family , friends and strangers!

    Sirloin steak, instead of being a flat-ish traditional cut, was a ball of fatty un-chewable meat. Even the server said he thought it was a mistake when they sent it out saying it was sirloin. Wait staff overall was very good.
