   I was very grateful for a vegan option of a roast dinner. However the nut roast lacked flavour and texture, but still tasty. May be consider adding a vegan Yorkshire pud. Also it would be nice to have more than one vegan choice on the desert menu. Overall a lovely meal My go to pub for drinks and food I will return Thank you 😊

   The roast dinner is always good. I also like the burger. Other items on the menu are a bit dear for what they are (i.e. Chicken supreme with gnocchi).

   We had a lovely evening taking advantage of the pasta and wine Tuesday night deal. Tasty ragu and glass of red wine. Staff really pleasant and attentive. Will be back!

   well i had roast pork very mean with the meat roast potatoes. hard to cut obviously. been kept. hot for a very long time wife had beef massive huge thick slice impossible ti cut with knife asked for steak knife still a challenge. i had to cut it for her. sane issue with her roast potatoes bordering on inedible !! others had 2 veggies. no idea there but think roast pots same issue. very disappointing waitress took one meal off much appreciated however. won’t be coming back. sorry

    Staff were very friendly and attentive, even though they were busy. It was quite noisy , which made it difficult for my husband with hearing aids , and my autistic daughter. The Sunday roast was okay , although the swede had far too much pepper in it and the roast potatoes skin was chewy instead of crispy. Everything else was good
