Ambiance and service were good. The food was disappointing. I ordered avocado toast, which I order most places for brunch. There was so little avocado on the toast that I could hardly see it. Also, most places give you 2 eggs with it, but Union Kitchen only gave 1. The price was also about 20% higher than other places.

We went during lunch time on a Sunday. +We got seated right away +Our waitress was very welcoming -It did took our waitress quite a while to come back and take our order -Our orders came and there were no utensils(probably should teach your hostess to bring them as they seat us) -we asked for utensils from our waitress, when she didn’t come back right away, my husband went to look for some, the other waiter told him to just grab them from the pile of utensils +food was good -overall service was less than impressive

Brought my wife here for Valentine's Day dinner. We were seated promptly but that's where the prompt service ended. The food was excellent but it took a long time to get it. Server got us water and then was MIA for 15 min. Finally came back and took our order. We decided to order apps and dinner at same time since she took so long to even return. Good b/c app didn't come out for 15 min more and only after I flagged server down to ask about it. We requested more pita bread for our app as they delivered our meals (by robot device and another server). We got the pita bread 20 minutes later after we finished our meal. We just took it home. Ridiculously slow and inattentive service for a holiday night when you know it will be busy and many are celebrating with their spouses/gf/bf, etc. Not sure when/if we'll return. Food was great though.

Excellent dinner. Good servers. Our salad and entrée came at the same time which I would not usually expect. Next time I would ask that the salad came first.

Incredibly slow and awful service! The food was okay…crab cakes should have crab in them…it was mostly cornmeal. Not great. Server had no clue what was on the menu. She disappeared frequently and didn’t know how to open a champagne bottle. We had a bottle with mimosas and the woman lost track of the cork after popping herself in the face with it. Train your people. Goodness! She also poured the champagne into our glasses from across the table over the heads of our guests. Really bad form. I’d rather pour my own than have a dribble poured in over someone else’s head and food. Just odd.

Breakfast was served cold. Over easy eggs were cold as well as potatoes. However, gravy was warm. Service was very good.
