   This is a great new experience for Collingwood dinners, amazing food, nice ambiance, some jazz, even house-brewed unsweetened iced tea. Try the lemon tart dessert. Bravo!

   Melinda was our waitress and she was outstanding. The food and drinks were delicious too. The whole restaurant has an awesome vibe.

   Tremont never disappoints, food is amazing, quality, presentation and value is top drawer. Service by the entire staff is attentive and caring.. highly recommend

   Arguably the best restaurant in Collingwood. Great euro style vibe with food that is always on point. Nice bar with professionally crafted cocktails. Wait staff are top notch and pay attention to detail. Every time we have dined here the owner is present and extremely engaged with the entire operation and the guests- he obviously takes a lot of pride in his establishment as he should he has created something special- you will not be disappointed. The only caveat to keep in mind is the noise level on busy nights- it can get somewhat loud, simply because everyone is having such a great time.

   This was our fifth visit (first at new location). We obviously Love the restaurant. My one sad comment is the absence of spaghetti carbonara. Was my go to on the menu. Please bring it back. That means you Billy❤️

   My husband and I had the most memorable, wonderful experience at the Tremont Cafe. The food, wine list, and service were excellent. Favourite items include the steak frites done to perfection and the surprise tiny Madeleines at the end of the meal.
