Experience a wholesome family day celebrating all mothers, with our delicious Mother's Day menu, 3 courses for £55.00 pp, with all Mothers receiving a complementary glass of bubbles. Please read all T&C's before booking your reservation. A non-refundable £10 deposit pp required at the time of booking along with card details to secure the reservation. Any amendments to the table must be made 48 hours prior to your reservation. If your table is to cancel within 48 hours then we reserve the right to charge your card for the full amount per person (£55.00). In the event of a no show then we reserve the right to charge your card for the full amount per person (£55.00). A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to all tables.

Great experience overall. The food was very good and the service very attentive. The restaurant has a nice, warm feel about it. The only downside was the toilet. It was clean but it didn't smell fresh and one of the toilets was blocking.

Superb choice for my 80th Birthday celebration. The chef even added an additional Happy Birthday desert. Having filmed numerous Food programmes for ITV, the whole team offer a highly professional service and take a great pride. Its a great example that no matter where the rural location is, if the ambience, food quality and staff, customers will always go the extra mile.

Excellent food with attentive service. We chose from the specials and were not disappointed. Hearty portions and very tasty. The corn ribs were clever, we took the idea away ! Service was brilliant from Kia (sorry about spelling) attentive but not too much . A great find for a weekend away in the countryside

Loved the ambience and decor - very cosy and instagrammable. The food was superb, crab soufflée, haggis sausage rolls, feather blade mac 'n' cheese - totally scrumptious, well presented, well cooked and perfect portion sizes. Decent ales on tap and extensive wine list. Staff attentive, knowledgable and friendly. Every box ticked. There is nothing to not like here - worth making the visit to. Will be back.

Really nice pub. Would be great to visit for the summer too. Food was really good. Some great options on the menu. Very different… Wine list was on par too. Definitely go back ..
