The Three Daggers is a traditional, cosy and oak-beamed British pub nestled in the beautiful Wiltshire village of Edington, a mere few miles from the Westbury White Horse.

We are honoured to have won the prestigious Pub of the Year Award for the whole of England in 2020, to have continually held our 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence since 2019 and to have been awarded 5 x Gold Stars from the AA for Accommodation excellence.

Our food is traditional British pub food with a twist, all accompanied with a carefully curated wine list alongside ales brewed from in our very own Three Daggers Brewery a moment's walk from the Pub. We also have the lovely Three Daggers Farm Shop, groaning with fresh, seasonal fruit & veg with much of the produce being sourced from our Priory Farm in the village.

The Three Daggers offers a delightful dining experience with "fantastic food and customer service." Guests appreciate the "lovely pub and garden" and the dog-friendly atmosphere. While some note occasional slow service, the attentive staff and beautifully presented dishes make it worth a visit. The on-site farm shop is a charming bonus.

The food was lovely as was the beer , the only thing that did not make for a great evening was a very officious waitress who was not very helpful or wanting in any way to help us when we asked if we could move table - it was only down to her fellow colleague who intervened & happily found us another table, you could tell she was really annoyed by us and even when we left & we said thank you just ignored us - sorry not acceptable at any level thankfully their colleagues did offer great service

Yet another brilliant visit. Booked quite late, but they had availability. The new autumn ale was absolutely fantastic. We were served again by Christina, a great member of staff, cheeky but pleasant. The food offerings well what can I say, it was better than a 3 rosette hotel we stayed in Leamington Spa. We will be back.

Have been before and enjoyed the experience. Last night was marred by poor communication. When asked what the day boat fish was the waiter informed us it was bream. However, when the dish arrived it was clearly not bream but plaice. Fortunately this was not an issue and it was pointed out to the waiter that they were mistaken. The other concern was that the menu does not mention cheese as standard on beef burgers. Some people are allergic to cheese and as Stilton was extra it had been assumed that the burger did not come with cheese. Although my partner is not allergic they don’t like cheese so it would be best to mention cheese on the menu.

Hi Caroline, Thanks very much for your review. Apologies that a member of staff got the type of fish wrong, I will ensure we discuss this with the team. Thank you for pointing out about the cheese on our burger I will make sure I discuss this with our executive chef. We hope to see you again soon Kind Regards, Ebram Fares Pub General Manager

This is the most beautiful, quintessential English pub! They brew their own ale, the food is delicious and the fires so cosy. We stayed overnight and can’t rate it highly enough.

Overall, we did enjoy eating here. We did ask to get moved as we were originally seated at the foot of the staircase and there was a party going on upstairs. The noise level was pretty high and when we asked to be moved, they were fine about this. The food was good-ish pub food. It had a good selection - all the usual things you would expect, nothing out of the ordinary. Service was OK. Price was about what you would expect to pay. Would be happy to eat here again if we were in the area. May try the Woodshed Pizza that is outside if weather good.
