Always beautiful and special. Service was great. Scones are the BEST! Sandwiches are good. Wish you'd change the desserts up....they've been the same for a while....good, but not great. Overall though, I do LOVE this place! It's the perfect place to go with girlfriends.

Our server unfortunately ruined our experience. Nothing was properly explained, she lacked in table service. I’ve been to many tea experiences, this one lacked in service, and was made up in food quality. I did love the options of tea experience, one for everyone. I was with a group of friends were this was there first tea experience.

Wonderful tea house. Food was very good, but the timing of the courses could have been better timed. We were never able to finish one course before the next was brought to the table. Decoration of the tea house very quaint and traditional, but was a chilly day and would have been nice to have a little heat inside the house. Still the best tea house in OC in my opinion.

Been going since they opened it’s a town Gem! Gorgeous decor and truly unique Tea House, vintage and full of charm. Tea and food is good! My one critique is that the tea get’s cold quickly. Maybe a tea light candle underneath the teapot would fix.

This is the second time we've been to The Tea House on Los Rios and enjoyed it equally as much as the first time. The ambience is eclectic and adorable and the food consistently good.

Food was really not that great for the price. Only thing that was really good was the tea itself and the scone. There was hair in all of the dishes and hair in my sisters soup, the dishes were also dirty. The service was good, the tea house was really nice. It is really loud but that’s expected because it’s in a busy area. When we had a reservation and our table wasn’t ready. I’ve been to quite a few tea houses and this just wasn’t worth the cost. But if you like dirty dishes and flavorless food I would say this is for you.

The Tea House on Los Rios is a beautiful place for lunch and/or an early dinner. The ambiance is nice and a wonderful place for an English tea experience. I have hosted two bridal showers there in the past two years and the coordinator takes the time to ensure your day exceeds expectations. This is a hidden gem in the OC.
