   Great food. Great place very expensive, was really disappointed that they are right next to the navy base but do not give a military discount. Says a lot about the ownership and what they think of the military.

   It was nice and I had made reservations (wasn’t needed) on Open Table. I specified that it was our 40th Anniversary trip. It was not mentioned or recognized. The waitress was attentive enough and had suggestions. Once our food came there wasn’t much attention. We had to move our plates out of the way. We were seated right next to the wait station but the 4 of them were busy talking. Not much team effort in our opinion. Overall the seafood was good. The waitress took our pic before we left. Just wouldn’t be a place we’d long to go back to.

   I have never written a bad review, but this place is awful. If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered frozen drinks, they came “thawed out” and watery. Food was terrible. Coconut Shrimp was rubbery and had no taste, corn on the cob was soggy and flavorless, rice was old and reheated. We witnessed 3 different tables get up and leave before they ordered, wish we did the same.

   This was terrible, the restaurant was actually closed. The staff that was onsite was so RUDE. When we knocked on the hotel door to inquire on the restaurant it was like we were jerks to ask. They did not care if we were able to Make reservations, view the website without knowledge of closure.

   Even though I received multiple reservation confirmations, upon arrival at the venue, it was closed for renovations. Wtf?

   Food was poorly cooked. At 6pm prime dinner time food was dry, reheated, and mussels served with some having closed shells. we both ordered the same dish. Hers had 0 calamari and mine had ) fish. I would have sent it back but the rest tasted so bad we did not bother. This is our first bad review ever on open table. steve miller

    My wife and I are vacationing in Key West for our 30 anniversary and decided to have dinner at the Stoned Crab, big mistake! The was horrible from salad to Stone Crabs. I had lobster tail which I believe was frozen but advertised fresh. The Conch Chowder I ordered had no taste and no Conch! My wife’s stone crabs tasted spoiled so she only ate one and later she became sick. The wait staff was also terrible, I had to go to the bar and order my own drinks. I complained on our way out of the restaurant that our $200 meal was horrible and all I got was a shrug and I am sorry! I should get my money back and Open Table should take this restaurant off their list!
