   Great service but the food was just ok. I had the rotisserie chicken. The presentation of the food was messy and it lacked flavor. Staff was very friendly.

   Our server was good. The area was clean, kinda noisy. The host forgot that I set it up as an anniversary dinner

   Food was good, very pricey. $360 for 3 adults no alcohol, no appetizers, each a side and the entre'. we had dessert and coffee. Took the fun out of the experience

   Caesar Salad was mediocre, crab cake was watery and tasted like mustard as the dressing, truffle fries were good. Horrible value for the food you receive. Also, WAY TOO DARK IN THERE! Many people had their phone flashlights to read the menu and to see the bill.

   Enjoyed our meal overall. Food was of the highest quality. Our medium rare NY strip was prepared closer to rare, with a cold red center. Everything else was made and served just right.

   The food was very good. NY Strip, Filet, twice baked potato and Lobster Mac n Cheese were excellent. BUT service was non-existent. Understaffed. Waitress never brought drinks over, the manager had to do it. Waitress never came back to table after initial ordering.

   We arrived at 5:30 for a 5:45 reservation. We sat for 35 minutes without any one coming to our table.. we then approached the hostess and asked her what the problem was. There were 6 tables including the ours occupied. The rest of the tables got services. We then again approached the hostess. Still not even water. We finally got a waitress, and at 8:00 with still no second beverage and dessert that we ordered, we spoke to the manager. Horrible experience

   Good food, but service was not good at all. Had to wait 20 minutes for drinks and an hour for food. Water came out in plastic cups, not even glassware.

    Overpriced steakhouse. No hint of fine dining at all. Emeril’s, on the same property, has a way nicer ambiance. No complimentary bread service. No water refills offered until we were signing the check. Steaks and side were not cooked properly and had to be sent back. Couldn’t remember a time when we ever had to send food back. Flavors were there once we got food back. Had a great experience at Fogo de Chao a few nights ago and paid less there. Ruth’s Chris across the street had a lot of people waiting - they probably knew to avoid this Steakhouse on the Caesars side.
