   Superb steak and sides. When some restaurants say they grill a steak, what they mean is they put it in a frying pan under a grill… Not here! Proper grilled with a lovely charred crust, perfectly pink interior with delicious sides and sauce. Finally a proper steak in Shropshire….

   Food was lovely apart from the lamb which was cooked to thick and still raw in the middle was sent back but same again wasn't just rare cooked was raw,the belly pork bites for starters were amazing best I've ever tasted

   I took my grandmother out for lunch and we were very well looked after by the two waitresses. The food was lovely and we had a great time. Thank you all.

   Lovely venue and setting, friendly and efficient staff. Great food cooked perfectly. Complete enjoyable experience and cannot wait to go back.

   Both the turkey and the beef were tough. We have been here many times and this is the 1st time we’ve not had a fantastic food experience

   There was only one grill in use and a lot of people were ordering steaks which meant there was a delay in taking the orders (30 mins). The staff did explain why there was a delay which was good, but only when I asked about placing our order. Also we were a table of 2 sat between 2 other tables of 2. It seemed very close and felt like our conversation was heard very easily by our neighbours and vice versa. Not a lot room in between the tables to move away from our table, trying not to knock their table or arm .

   Amazing as always, we have been 3 times this month so far and every time has been perfect. It is now the childrens favourite place to go.

    Wonderful as always, small hiccup when we arrived as I had booked a table in the main restaurant but we were seated in the bar. This was quickly resolved and we were seated. We were taken to the butchers cabinet, where we were invited to select our steak and it was then freshly cut in front of us. The food is superb, steak melted in you lr mouth and it was seasoned well. Service was great, it was busy too so this made it even more impressive. Well done station inn again, this is our 12th time here and the experiences never falter. We even managed some steak back home for the dog :)
