   4 people had lunch, the food was plentiful and great quality, we all thoroughly enjoyed everything we had. Lovely and cosy in the upper section seated in a booth, very comfortable. Extremely friendly and efficient staff, lovely girl served us, gave recommendations which we went with. Overall a tip top experience thank you X

   Lovely, helpful staff, food excellent, but very big portions ( just an observation ). Overall, very enjoyable experience, very happy to return!

   As usual a great day out. Aggie and the staff couldn't have been any better. Great service, great food and friendly faces. Can't go wrong, food was excellent as always, the staff were very attentive and the drinks arrived almost before we realised we needed more.😅. Will be back.👍

   Excellent food and service. We didn't realise the Calcutta Cup was on and although it was lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves it was very busy and noisy. Difficult to chat and have a relaxing meal. I'd definitely go back ,just not on a Saturday night, my mistake.

   Booked a table in here to watch the rugby Food and service outstanding Atmosphere for March amazing they even booked a piper for after the match ! Will defo be back !

   It was very busy which is good. However we could not hear each other speak. Service was ok. Dealt with reasonably. Starters. Haggis bons bons lovely. Chicken wings. Lovely. Philly cheesesteak not so lovely. Dried out slices of meat on a slab of cheese not Philly. Tasteless macaroni on the side was lovely. Would I go back. Not quickly.

   Thanks for great feedback on our dishes Iain, indeed a very busy day for Six Nations and great atmosphere but we understand noisy Saturday is not everyone's cup of tea, make sure you visit us during the week for more relaxed vibes. I am sorry to hear couple of the dishes did not meet your expectations, please let us know next time as we would be more than happy to replace them.    This was our 2nd visit to the Smokin' Fox & we were not disappointed. We had booked in especially for the chicken wings which are outstanding. Great range of beers ect to pair up with the wings. Staff on both visits have been very friendly with a good sense of humour and the service is quick.

    Was clearly a very busy night. Crowded inside, but they still managed to maintain such a great ambiance. We were greeted by very friendly and courteous staff and promptly seated. Our orders were brought out fairly quickly and the food was delicious! Enjoyed my time. Will definitely visit again
