   As expected, the food and service were outstanding. The issue that decreased the dining experience was that there was a group of about 10-15 diners were seated next to our group of 8 when our entrees were served. This was poor planning since the noise level exponentially increased. The large group was apparently not expected to be that large since the staff had to move tables and chairs to accommodate the group next to us. This made our dining experience less-than-enjoyable.

   My wife and I celebrated her Birthday there and had a good time. The food and service were great. We did have to move during appetizers for a mix up in a larger group coming in, but were accomidated with a better table, view of the friday night fireworks and dessert.

   Party of nine thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We were given a private room so we didn’t get to see the sunset or city lights but there definitely will be a next time. For all but 2 this was a first time experience . Casin our waiter made sure all was well the entire evening. The manager also sent orders of mashed potatoes our way. Our 80 y/o birthday boy was surprised and enjoyed his dessert. Thank you Signature 🌺

   夕日が見えるタイミングで来店したのですが右奥の窓側の席はとても綺麗でした。料理はとても美味しく人生1.2を争うくらいのお肉が最高でした！また誕生日プレートもご用意して下さりとても素敵なディナーを過ごせました。

   The appetizers were not good, we ordered two fried sea food appetizers and they were soggy. It took 30 minutes each time we asked for a drink, my son’s steak was completely raw and he asked for it to be medium. We did mention it to the server, we didn’t say anything about the appetizers, he took it back and reheated it. We had the lobster mac and cheese, truffle fries and asparagus with the steak. The lobster mac & cheese was ok, the rest was just average. Steak was well seasoned and the view was great. By the time it was time for dessert, we were so discouraged by the delay to get every item to the table that we just asked for the check. I would say that for a $500 tab, it most definitely was not worth it. We were celebrating my son’s 23rd birthday and it was just overall not the experience we were hoping to get.

   Each food item that we ordered tasted fantastic! The prime ribeye and the medallion tenderloin were so tender, juicy, and very flavorful. We loved the seafood tower, although we expected to be presented as a "tower" as in other restaurants, but of course that did not affect the enjoyment of it. Our server, Norman, was awesome. He was so genuine, friendly, and very helpful with the menu. His suggestions for the wine and appetizers was spot on! His service & personality was top notch! The view from our table was amazing. This place has now become one of our favorites!

    I attended signature steakhouse for a birthday dinner and had such an amazing time. Not only did they treat me like a complete princess with a complatentry side and desert, the service and views were amazing. The food was so delicious, some of the best food i’ve had in the state of Hawaii, as well as the prices were very fair. I can't wait to go back to celebrate for Valentines day. I'm so excited to bring my husband.
