Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant is the new home to a space known historically for memorable evenings with Oahu's most epic views.

Upon entering from the elevator on Ala Moana Hotel's top floor, each new diner will be enthralled by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. When it comes to choosing a table, the opportunities are endless: The intimate bar, piano lounge, vintage-style ocean view booths, an exclusive experience in our wine cellar, or any of our luxurious mountain room or ocean room tables.

    The food, the service, the atmosphere OMG. Gourmet dinner, sunset overlooking Diamond Head, Birthday treat for a friend. She was properly blow away. This has to be my favorite fancy restaurant on Oahu. I can’t say enough good things about it.

    The food and ambience were amazing, but I couldn’t say the same about the service. I think our server kind of forgot about our table unfortunately. He was very nice, but there were times where both my boyfriend and I were looking for our server several times. I tried to get the attention of other workers as well, but I felt like they either didn’t see me or ignored me.

    Just dined here last evening with our client from Germany and his local friend. Had asked for a table with a fabulous view (so we could "show off" a little for our guests). They delivered!! Perfect-O!! The food was wonderful! You must try that spectacular bone-in veal chop!! We all enjoyed our meals to the fullest. Hope to go back again sometime soon!! NOTE: My husband and I have been going to this establishment since it was known as "The Summit" (around 1979). It was great even at that time. And, it has only improved since then. Highly recommend it!

    So good and beautiful skyline view of the city! We are still full and brought home leftovers. Perfect for a birthday celebration.

    We wanted a special place to celebrate our anniversary and we found it. Ken and his staff were so friendly and accommodating. The oysters and ahi sashimi appi’s were so fresh. The signature steak and also the scallops were cooked perfectly. It was easy to order our wine by the glass, as the selections were great. Oh and you can’t beat the view.

    we went november 17,2024 for our 30th anniversary. we did a staycation and booked our dinner date there. we were a bit early so we sat at the bar had a glass of wine 🍷.. was exactly what we hoped it be. beautiful view, romantic with a good wine 🍷 vibes..our server (Ryan) was awesome. but the food 😋. started with their Lobster Bisque 🤤..our steaks were made perfect the side were amazing, did i mention our wine 🍷🤔.. signature prime steak & seafood is a must go to for a beautiful atmosphere with great food, vibes & yes, that wine though 🍷☺️.. thank you 😊 Frank & Iwalani Stefaniak
