   The food is yummy and the decorations are beautiful. Timely and good service. Needless to say many large groups who are laughing and whooping it up on endless mimosas. Loud

   I’ve been a long time fan of the shore room however I wasn’t impressed with my last experience. We arrived early, and although tables were available, the hostess would not see us until our actual reservation time. We sat in the bar area and nobody offered us a drink. Hostess chose a table that was quite small and uncomfortable when there were booths available that would not be so cramped. She allowed us to move to the booth. She dumped the napkins in the silverware and said here you go instead of setting it up for us. The young man filling our water glasses spilled all over the table and just walked away without attempting to clean up his mistake. Our waiter was a bit inattentive, slow in taking our order, forgot to bring items , was slow to remove empty plates , etc. The branzino was almost laughable, portion was probably about 2 bites worth. Overall I think the management of the restaurant is lacking. Too many issues overall. Can’t say that I’ll go back anytime soon. Unfortunate because I really like this place.

   Some of the best service I ever had. My dad returned his prime rib 4 times because he doesn't know what prime rib is and how it is made. The professionalism and calmness showed by the staff especially during a fast paced thanksgiving pressure filled atmosphere was impressive. Hats off to the staff and everyone involved.

   We love love this place!!! Definitely highly recommended! They are pet-friendly and excellent customer service. I hope they will do a full room service and not like to go boxes brought up to your room. I want like tray and real plates to be brought up to my room. They need to get their spa organized because they emailed me to arrive 30 minutes early and no one was in the reception at 8:30am. No one was ready to check me in for my appointment and I reserved 60 minutes massage and they didn’t even fulfilled 60 minutes. Massage therapist started 9:10 and then ended 9:56. I didn’t complained but they need to do better next time.

   Delicious breakfast. Best in town. We had Chilaquiles with Chorizo and Prawns(!), Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, and Smoked Salmon Benedict. Of course we had bottomless Mimosas as well. Great service by Jason. We love eating breakfast here every chance we get!
