Great food, drinks, service, ambiance. Staff was very friendly. I had the rack of lamb, my wife had a burger and we shared the mango avocado salad. We’ll be back

I really wanted to love it. The valentine decorations were beautiful and I had really high hopes. Service for a Sunday night was super slow. The bar was backed up and it took about 25 minutes to get a drink, which was fine until I saw the bill. We each had a non alcoholic “mocktail” and they charged us $16 each and it was just seltzer and raspberries! Sorry, but that’s ridiculous! We ordered the mussels and the lobster bisque as our appetizers. The bisque we good, but the mussels came out lukewarm so it kind of ruined it. I had the lobster risotto and he had the lamb chops. The lobster was dried out and it was more like rice than risotto. It wasn’t creamy at all. His lamb chops were ok and the potato wedges were pretty tasty. When the bill came I questioned the waiter because we were charged full price for the risotto ( it’s supposed to be half price risotto and pasta on Sundays). The waiter apologized and said he would be back with the updated bill… my fiancé paid it and we left. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the charge was never adjusted. He just gave us back the same bill with the full priced risotto. I feel totally ripped off. We will definitely not go back.

Pasta was cold, restaurant was out of filet and chicken, found a wire and hair in our food. Our table was littered with plates and glasses as no bus boy cleaned up after the courses. For the price point, this restaurant really needs to up its game. If it weren’t for the Vday decorations I would give 1 star.

There were a lot of young men to give you water and clear plates away but only two people to take your food and drink order. Took a long time for our waitress to come over to the table. Equally as long to come back with our drinks. Surprising the place was only about half full. We were unaware that they had a prefix menu for the night. No where did I see that on their website. There were no dishes I would have ordered on their prefix menu that I would enjoy. When I asked to see a regular menu she told me that’s all they were serving. I was looking forward to the skirt steak on reg menu but end up ordering different steak. Food was good. Our waitress disappeared half way through the meal and the only other waitperson finished serving us. No one asked if we wanted another drink. Nice place but I don’t think we’ll be back.

Food was excellent, would have liked to order from the full menu instead of prefix.

The food was not terrible, but not worth going out and getting a babysitter. The service was lousy. Beautiful place though. Stunning lobby.

French onion soup (meal in itself), shrimp cocktail, filet mignon and chocolate chip cookie skillet w/vanilla ice cream all very good. The Cornish hen was tender but zero flavor.

We ate there on a Wednesday which is probably part of the problem. The staff was at a minimum. One person was waiter, food runner and busser. So the service was exceptionally slow. However there was no reason for our drink order to have taken close to 20 minutes. For the most part the food was very good with one exception. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were water logged as if they were from the day before and kept in water overnight. The skirt steak was very good and I would recommend it. I will have to give them another try but not on a Wednesday.
