Wonderful food, great service, fun vibe, nice live music. Only negative—roadside-gas-station-level bathroom cleanliness! Yikes. The brunch offering was absolutely yummy.

We had my brothers birthday dinner at The Rustic from the time we got there till we left the atmosphere was hype and the entire staff was high energy and VERY friendly. Shout out to Cierra she was very sweet and professional. The food was great.We had a blast, I will definitely return and I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. Oh and the music were on point.

Kinda disappointed with my most recent Rustic experience. I’ve been coming here for years and most recently the portion sizes have gotten smaller and service has really slow. Really disappointed and probably won’t be going back.

Fantastic, diverse menu and quality food. Got really busy and did not have enough servers, leading to long wait between dishes. Bar patrons kind of spill into the dining area.

Our food was tasty (Sunday brunch), but none of it was really warm. Luke-warm at best. The flavors did not come alive because the food was rather lamely cooked and not warm. It could have been great since the amy of food a d value for it were good, but again the poor temperature. Finally, our server was polite but distant, not attentive and seemed ambivalent. Why are we still taking people's drinks away when they need a refill?! Its unsantitary. Bring a pitcher! Our server had to be waived down twice- even for the check. Seemed like she didn't want to be serving us.

We had a good time visiting while in town. Dallas has the smallest Rustic but still good. Our server was great, other staff like host and runners not so much. The musician the Sunday we visited was awesome. Food was good, just a little overpriced.

The food and music were so good! We had terrible service though. Staff were very rude and unprofessional. We thought our server was joking at first, but he wasn’t. He called another staff a rat for putting us in his section. He said that he didn’t appreciate it when we asked for a table umbrella and it started a trend. He made it very clear that we needed to tip him. Super awkward and confusing we were treated that way, but we shrugged it off and had a great time. I’m going back, but will make sure I’m not seated in the same section.
