We will hold all reservations for up to 15 minutes - if you arrive any later we will need to seat you at the next available time, if we have availabiity.

Had the flatbread & rigatoni last night. Fantastic! The Aperol spritz, delicious & bartender John’s singing, amazing. Kieran, the waiter was spot on. Always great food, great service & fun time at The Ridge.

The service and food was absolutely outstanding. Kieran was a great server and the food was an 11/10. Portions were huge. Seafood was so fresh!! Can’t wait to go back

Food was excellent. Quantities are huge. Always get enough for 2 extra nights of leftovers. Ambiance was lovely, twinkle lights make it feel festive. But by far the best was our server, the nice gentleman who was both warm, casual and very professional. We were commenting on the way home that we always generally have good service, but it had been a while since we’ve experienced service that made our evening really great.

My wife and I visited for the first time since we moved to Hawley. The experience was exactly as we had been expecting from talking with local residents. From appetizers to desert everything was outstanding. Service was exceptional, food was delicious. Menu choices are plentiful plus the cooks daily specials give you many options. Having moved here from Las Vegas we were looking for a restaurant that had the same quality of food and we have found it. Definitely #1 on our list of places to eat at our new home.

I could hear live music as we walked to the entrance. The bartender was singing behind the bar, I guess he does that on Friday evenings. That’s ok I guess, personally I done like extremely loud anything and with his voice, he probably just shouldn’t. Same deal as the last few visits, just Dark, and dingy. The lighting I guess is suggestive of ambiance, but it is quite hard to see anything like a menu, or extremely dated, rather dirty carpet and motief. One thing I did see was a half eaten piece of bread on the floor the entire time I was here. The food is meh, chicken Parmesan was dry and chewy, a lot of tendons to chew on. Crab stuffed shrimp, ok I guess. Overcooked shrimp, descent imperial, could use some crab though. I didn’t order it, but the sizzling plate thing kind of ran its course at Chilies in the 90’s. I really did not care to be in a room filled with rib eye smoke. I’m gunna get some heat for this review, believe me I know it. But I’m telling it like it is. This place is putting themselves out like they are fine dining, and some people think it is. In the general area it is the best you will get.

We try to go every other month. Girls night out. Food is absolutely fantastic.waiters, staff are amazing!!! So much food. Dinner for the next night!!! Highly recommend!! See you soon!!!
