   Not a nice experience at all. The very first thing that waiters told us was “if you are here for the chocolate you guys have to wait at least 40 minutes more”. They didn’t offer water or anything we have to re call them to get food, and they were not nice at all. The chocolate is great but for the cost it’s not valuable. It’s a turist trap. Not recommended at all.

   We ordered the charcuterie board and it was very sparse - small portions of cheese. Additionally, they gave us 4 crackers and most of them were broken pieces.

   First, you don't come here for the quality of the food or to save a dime. A visit to The Remedy is all about taking in the scene. But even then, I was disappointed this visit. It seemed the space was constantly buzzing with wait staff moving about like worker bees, creating a somewhat unsettling and chaotic feel to the room. The high quality Four Seasons service was nowhere to be found. I give our waiter an A for effort, but the kitchen let him down but delivering our starters and main courses all at the same time, and then taking an absurdly long time to deliver our dessert. The food itself was fine, but nothing special. Again, you're coming here for the scene and not the food. Next time, we'll stick to some drinks at the bar and eat elsewhere.

   Overpriced for marginal food. Bartenders were overworked and not attentive. Just grab a drink if you want to check it out then head downstairs for a meal at Tavernetta.

    Server extremely rude and did not want to serves us but when the other table started snapping their fingers the server was there immediately. As well as the cookie skillet (Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet) was more like a brownie skillet as it had nuts and no where on the menu does it state that it has nuts as I’m extremely allergic to nuts. It took about 20 minutes to even place orders for drinks. The server was about to go away after dropping drinks off, we had to catch his attention to even order our food or we knew we were going to be waiting a while again. For this being at the Four Seasons I would think the service and the food would be a great experience. We drove 11 hours from Phoenix, Arizona just to say we will not be returning nor staying at the Four Seasons cause of this experience is the least that I can say about it.
