   Another wonderful meal in Jasper. This is our favorite place to eat when we visit, we make sure to go every time. We haven't had a disappointing dish yet.

   The food was delicious and the portions were excellent. The only down side was the draft from the door, many tried to get a walk in table, being right from the ski hill didn't help with the cold air blowing in.

   The server was extremely helpful with wine and food selection. She knew the menu items very well, describing the ingredients and tastes in detail. The ARTICHOKE FLORENTINE TARLET was spectacular - flaky dough paired perfectly with the unique pesto sauce and cashew spread. I have have many of the entrees in the past so I tried the LEMON SESAME SCHNITZEL this time - the meat was breaded perfectly and fried to a juicy tenderness. The blackened lemon juice and fresh arugula topped off the dish splendidly. The rhubarb date chutney was good but for my taste was not needed. The accompanying warm potato salad was creamy and meaty - splendid match for the meat. Wine selection is great. I have been for the lunch specials and happy hour which are both great value.

   Nous avons trouvé cette petite perle par pure hasard. AGRÉABLEMENT SURPRIS !! Nous avont été servis par Erika, 10/10 Elle connait bien ses vins nous conseille sur les assiettes en vedette. Nous avons eu une belle expérience. Nous avont mangé: Le brie = 8,8/10 Steak = 9/10 Short rib bison= coup de coeur (10/10🫡) Vin Bread n butter (Pinot noir from cali) = 9/10 Si vous passez par Jasper c’est un MOST !

   Myself and 7 friends dined here. Service was fast, friendly & helpful. Food was fantastic. All of us loved our meals. Highly recommend the Wintering Bowl or Saffron Seafood Pot. Servings are quite large so we had no room for dessert. We will be back.

   We had such a lovely meal including the always delicious fondue! Our server Sarah was fantastic and our wine was excellent! Thanks to the Raven for always being so consistently delicious!

    Our server was so genuine and responsive…we were last year and the food was good; well they’ve turned it up a notch— well done! I’m very picky when it comes to restaurants, and I was “this close” to giving you guys 5 on everything… great evening!!
