   Great Ambience and Service! Bring some Tony’s seasoning for southern spice and you will be fine! but great atmosphere!

   It started when we pulled up in valet. I gave them my keys and a tip. Then was told they are closed at 7pm and to retrieve my keys at front desk and my vehicle would be on the first floor of the garage. Had reservations for 5 at 6:00 pm. Wow. Next 10 till six our table is not ready. Made reservations the day before. Next we were sat and waitress was very nice. We knew it was going to be expensive but so wanted to try it. Our other party arrived and orders were begun. All went ok until food arrived. The appetizers were great. Then the entree. Had order wrong but we said just set it down we will eat it. Blackened fish was seasoned like you would a child’s plate. It was good but not blackened. My wife ordered salmon got red fish. They apologized but did not do anything like not charge for it The did say we will remake it but she did not wanting to be sitting there eating by herself,since we already had ours The Bisque was good but Luke warm. Nobody else had an appetizer. Nobody refilled my tea at 5 dollars a glass, nor removed my soup bowl or diner plate after eating. We saw the manager but he never came over to welcome us or ask if everything was ok Ok now it time for bill. We had two parties and my friend reached over and said you see this? On the left side of the bill you had a total including a 22 percent tip. Plus a 3 percent facility fee. So 25 percent added to your bill with no say so. On the right you get a bill but it doesn’t show any of this but does have a gratuity line. If you weren’t paying attention or maybe had a couple of tot-ties I’m sure you would have wrote in an additional tip. This is totally unexcepatable. Wow added a 25 percent tip and facility fee for gracing their restaurant. I was so disappointed this was our newest restaurant or casino. I was so embarrassed. I had people from Nashville down and 90 year old momma and I could only apologize. Please be aware of this . It will be a while before I go back Mike Halphen Chief of Police Ret:

   I ordered the tomahawk steak again and again it came out well done they sent it back and 40min later another came out my date had already finished her plate and was playing a game on her phone I was was provided a sample of lobster bisque while the order was corrected. And by the time it came out I was over the restaurant and was ready to go so we had to box it up and then the check came and the mishap of the totals … they really need to organization structure together because they will be apologizing to every guest all the time …

   Food was ok, service was fair, entire restaurant seemed disorganized, party of 6 food was served at different times, some not at all and drinks had to come back, constantly told “bar is backed up.” Our bill was a mess and some in our party missed 45mins of concert waiting for the check to be corrected. I will go back and give them another chance at some point but they need experienced personnel or it will be just another restaurant!

   Beef carpaccio and salmon were my favorites. Beautiful restaurant and wonderful service. Can’t wait to go back.

   The food was mehhh... bland with not much flavor. We ordered 2 filets, medium. They were cooked to medium but cold when they came to the table. The oysters Rockefeller was ok. The best thing we ordered was the lobster bisque. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn't return. The price was steep for the quality. We didn't get offered dessert.

   All the food we ordered was Great! The only thing I suggest on the ribeye steak which was juicy and tender is for it to have a little more seasoning to it. Other than that, all in all everything else was Great!

   The ambiance, service, and food was outstanding. I had the French onion soup and red snapper. Both were delicious. My friend had the house salad and New York strip. She enjoyed both and said the steak was cooked perfectly. After reading prior reviews I recommended that she order it cooked medium well since she normally orders her steaks cooked medium. The smoked old fashioned I ordered at the bar was good. They ran out of the craft beer I was drinking and didn’t have my 2nd request either. Except for running out of most craft beers on the menu, the overall experience was great.
