The management of this restaurant seems to rest on the built in business of a hotel restaurant model. When we arrived, the hostess was dressed in plain clothes, sitting over to the side reading a book. We thought she was a hotel guest, but she was friendly when she realized we were waiting for her. The restaurant was maybe at 1/3 capacity. We asked about one of the appetizers (a french onion meatball starter), and the waitress said it was out because it was really popular. Given how empty the restaurant was on Valentine’s weekend, it seemed like poor planning to be out of a premade item on a very narrow and select menu. Ordered the hamburger med rare and it was cooked well done. It could be that it was sitting and resting way too long - either way, not a good sign. The burger was under-seasoned and the truffle fries were way over-seasoned. A very forgettable meal at a poorly managed restaurant. At one point there were 6 employees prepping then standing in front of one 6 person table. It was a bizarre use of payroll given how poorly run the environment was throughout the meal; it felt comical. Hopefully, the next iteration of that space is run by better management. Definitely won’t return to this place as it currently stands.

Beautiful restaurant, plenty of room, very chill. Service was excellent, the Valentines menu was delicious (and generous).

I’m never disappointed in anything made by their chefs, from brunch to dinner. Had the oatmeal and my goodness, the blueberries and blackberries were huge! Husband had the eggs meurrete. Delicious. Well done servers, food runners and Managers.

I was surprised by how beautifully the Chase was decorated for the holidays. Absoulutely amazing! It made our (me and hubby) traditional Christmas midday meal extra special. The food was pricey but good. We will return.

Four people in our party had the burger. Not a single persons burger was cooked properly. My son asked for med/well the burger truly looked raw. It was our Christmas family meal together. Pretty dissapointed.
