The Potting Shed is a place to meet, eat, drink, relax and chat your day and night away – where hanging plants, terracotta pots and timber beams meet brass, brick and iron. Where you can plant yourself down on the swing seat, bench or at the bar and feel like you are on your family’s porch.

It’s a lively place where you can hoe into fresh, locally harvested produce, delivered by our shed-hands. The same hands that will deliver you good-natured banter, craft beers on tap, great tasting wines and unique cocktails.

The Italian board had a delicious assortment of food that was very filling for 3 people. Would highly recommend it. The potting shed was a lovely very cozy and warm atmosphere to eat in that wasn't too noisy.

We’ve been here a few times and tonight’s dinner is the unfortunately a disappointing experience. To our surprises, food was either too small in portion or cold without much taste. Service was attentive and helpful. Overall ambience is suitable for group/family gatherings.

Disappointed with the seafood pasta which was supposed to have spaghettini according to the menu but instead was more like hokkien noodles in look and texture. The sauce tasted off and the seafood tasted like it was from a can or frozen mix and not fresh. The prawn entree which was supposed to have come out first came last after an almost 30 minute wait. We had to follow up with the waiter on the status as all the other meal items had come out. When the waiter came to ask how things were we informed her we were disappointed with the spaghetti she just nodded and w-walked way from our table without any word of ensuring our comments would be passed on to the kitchen staff. For $163 overall it was very disappointing. This was my second time in the potting shed and the food was also underwhelming last time. Seems like a pattern and a sign for me to avoid going back.
