The Potting Shed is a place to meet, eat, drink, relax and chat your day and night away – where hanging plants, terracotta pots and timber beams meet brass, brick and iron. Where you can plant yourself down on the swing seat, bench or at the bar and feel like you are on your family’s porch.

It’s a lively place where you can hoe into fresh, locally harvested produce, delivered by our shed-hands. The same hands that will deliver you good-natured banter, craft beers on tap, great tasting wines and unique cocktails.

I had Good Friday lunch with my family, the food was delicious and the lush green atmosphere of the plants was so relaxing! The only downside is the poor staff were run off their feet, so understandably we had long wait times for service and food. Other than that I would highly recommend The Potting Shed if you’re looking for elevated casual dining!

Had an amazing time at potting shed with my partner. Service was amazing and the atmosphere is one of a kind!food was delicious too. I am honestly surprised by the high level of service, we felt taken care of and could not wish for more.

I booked the private dining space, The Potter's Corner, which was perfect for our event. The food was spectacular and catered for the variety of dietary requirements of our group. A big thank you to the kitchen and staff for making this event so seamless and a wonderful experience.

Food was fantastic, ambience was lovely. Service was wonderful. I loved the creative mocktail and desert in line with the Snow White theme. My only criticism is that the food came out so quickly, we would have like to stay a little longer and enjoyed the atmosphere. We were finished dinner in little over an hour.

The aesthetics, the presentation and most importantly the taste was amazing and we both had a wonderful time trying the dishes and drinks. When we come back to Sydney we think we will definitely come back again

During our recent visit to the restaurant, the atmosphere was undeniably charming with delightful decorations and excellent Snow White props that added a whimsical touch to the setting. However, the culinary experience left much to be desired. The food was unfortunately bland and did not justify the high prices for the small portions served. The kids' pasta was particularly disappointing, lacking any discernible flavor. Similarly, the adult gnocchi was very basic and unremarkable. While the service was acceptable, it fell short when we requested parmesan cheese twice and were met with visibly unhappy looks from the staff. This somewhat soured the experience. Given our dissatisfaction with the starters and main courses, we decided to forgo ordering dessert. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and the cost did not align with the quality of food and service provided.
