The server was awesome, made great recommendations, and even made recommendations we hadn't thought of! Service time slowed between appetizers and meals, but it had gotten busy fast!

Was hoping for a ski lodge atmosphere as advertised. No fireplace and room was very cold. Food was cold too. Waited a long time for drinks. Pretty room but definately not a ski lodge vib

It was very cold in the garden last night! Everyone kept their coats on. Apparently it’s a known issue.

Went to Pineville Tavern to experience the "Ski lodge" atmosphere in the Garden Room. Little did I know I had to take ski lodge literally - had to wear a ski jacket during dinner because room was so cold. Some diners even had ski hats on. Why no use of space heaters?? What drew me to the restaurant was the fondue being offered as part of the ski lodge experience. Alas, at a 6:30 reservation, there was no fondue available. If you don't mind the cold and aren't into fondue, you'll enjoy the experience. For me, I'll think twice before returning.

We’ve been dining at Pineville for more than 20 years and have never had an issue. This past Saturday I ordered a burger medium and it came back raw in the middle. The waiter was very apologetic and immediately got me another. This one, while a bit more done, was still not cooked to order. I did not want to return it again as my husband and son were already well into their meals. I have to say, I was very disappointed.

Dined in the new “Ski Lodge” concept in the outdoor greenhouse set up. The food was top notch. Burger always spectacular. I got the new offer, the Chalet burger, I had the million dollar bacon added for my needs, and it was fantastic. Wife had the chicken ciabatta sandwich, she loved it. Special concept drinks were great as well, so the food was top notch, thank you! Now, for the “Ski Lodge” concept… it is not supposed to be outside the ski lodge, correct? It was supposed to be INSIDE a ski lodge??? Because it was incredibly cold and uncomfortable. Heat hit you when you walked in, and then that was it. It was non-existent. Within 15 minutes, all I wanted to do was finish and get out. I had a winter jacket and wore it the whole time. Our legs were freezing. All we wanted to do was finish and leave. A shame because the food was great. So the “Ski Lodge” was not worth it. A couple of posters, a deer statue, some fake snow sprinkled, and barely adequate heat. So it felt like sitting OUTSIDE at a ski lodge. So skip the “Ski Lodge” and enjoy the top notch food inside The food was excellent!

Service was slow, food average at best, steak was tough and fatty, shrimp rubbery. Generous red wine pour, million dollar burger was good. Will not return

The food did not disappoint but unfortunately our waiter was not very attentive. Took over 5 minutes for him to come initially for a drink order, he never refilled our water glasses or checked in on us. I love the food here but wish the service was better!
