   This was a new experience for us, but we loved the fact that the share plates were big enough for the 2 of us. We originally had chosen 4 shared dishes, but after the first dish, we reduced it to 3. The food was beautiful and certainly plentiful! And our waitress was awesome, highly recommend :-)

   Service was terrible, they did tell us they were down a staff member but if you are aware, service will suffer, maybe offer a round of drinks on the house? We were served our first meal before any drinks came out even though we ordered drinks 30 minutes before food!! Servers were also visibly stressed and therefor a little rude. Food was good. Cocktail prices are ridiculous.

   Perfect! Everything was perfect for my birthday dinner with friends. Ease of booking, friendly and above and beyond staff. Incredible food and drinks, the cocktails are delicious! The overall feel was just great. Really really happy, thank you for a great night.

   Impeccable service and amazing food coupled with the phenomenal atmosphere that allowed My wife and I to have a lovely date. The decor is amazing and absolutely love the couches and the set up the food had phenomenal flavours and the wine was outstanding. All in all a top 10 place that we have been. Can’t wait to bring our friends there.

   Great food, amazing wine list, beautiful breeze through big open windows on a lovely summer evening with friends. This place is a big draw card in The Basin! Staff were super friendly and helpful. They adapted a couple of dishes for us which was fab. Would definitely recommend to others as a good place for a meal to celebrate , or just because!

   Ambience cosy and cool decor. Food was tasty but lacked salad options. Cocktails were good an extensive beverage list. It was very warm day and air conditioning wasn’t working well. Service was a bit disappointing- 1 staff not enough. Overall felt it was a little expensive at $100 per head.

   We have never had a bad experience at this little gem of a restaurant. Nick was our waiter and he was an absolute delight. He acknowledged our 15 year wedding anniversary and offered us a complimentary drink and even added a little humour into the conversation. Food was delicious as always. A few new additions to the menu would be nice especially for people who like to dine here frequently. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you for making our special day memorable.

    We love going to the peacock den… we’ve been going for years…. The ambiance, the service is always great!! … our biggest issue is the menu doesn’t change …. I would have thought after going 8 or 9 weeks ago that now in summer there would be a couple of items that would be a bit fresher …. But nope was still the same … shame we would actually go there MORE if only the menu changed … even if it was seasonal … No summer menu sadly :( Ps I’d love to see the prawns done in a tomatoe style ? Overall: The dishes were too heavy for a warm evening … nothing to break up the dishes …left our tummies feeling a bit blah …
