First time ever not having great service on a not very crowded Valentine’s Day. We love PP though and will chalk it up to a one off.

This is a small cafe and wine bar. (And wine shop.) We weren't quite prepared for how small it is. That said the food was very good. Though there are entrees my wife and both had (different) soups and (different) sandwiches. Cocktails were good. We didn't have wine that evening. We thought it was a bit chilly inside (cold day in mid-February) so wear a sweater.

Chef Arthur keeps the dishes simple and delicious with a changing seasonal menu. Sous chef Allison creates amazing desserts and cocktails. A friendly staff makes you feel at home and welcome. Monthly Tuesday wine and food pairings are a delightful experience.

The food and drink were really good! Service was really slow.... We were sitting close to the door and a cold breeze blowing on me. Not great.

Had a great lunch with a good friend. Loved the onion soup and the bistro salad was delicious. Friend had the Spanish omelette and loved hers as well. Thought the blooming artichoke was quite unusual and very tasty. Will come back again and again. Even joined their rewards program!
