I made the reservation several weeks ago for a business lunch on Nov. 19. At the time I made the reservation on OpenTable, I I asked for a quiet table where we could have a business conversation. We were given a table in the middle of the restaurant and it was far from quiet. The noise was very loud and it was not possible to have a sustained conversation between 3 people. If this was the best that the Palm could do for a quiet table, I recommend that you do not book the Palm for a business lunch between 12:30 and 1:30 -- after that, the restaurant cleared out a bit and it was possible for us to actually have a decent conversation. As for the food and the service, both were excellent, the ambiance and fulfilling my expressed desire for seating at a quiet table, not so much.

Overall, disappointing. Started good then declined. Ordered steak medium but it was served rare and waiter was no where to be found for a prolonged period of time. Baked potato had no temperature and butter didn’t even melt. Appetizer and drinks were good but overall dining experience was not what you would expect from an upper level restaurant.
