    Came for our anniversary and have nothing but high praise. Food was incredible, service was excellent and they included a dessert, champagne and a card as a congratulations. It was a beautiful night!

    Don't underestimate the experience at a "chain" steakhouse! In Vegas, The Palm delivers at the highest level. Hosting a small dinner party, my guests were blown away by the service attention, incredible wine list, and steaks brought to perfection! While it may be a touch loud for something more intimate, The Palm is a perfect location for a wonderful time with friends, food and conversation.

    It is getting harder to write another review of The Palm in Las Vegas; over the years we have had consistently excellent meals and service, have made friends among the staff and fellow diners. Our first thought when planning an evening out is The Palm. Yesterday evening was no different - service and meal were both perfect. We had a 3 pound lobster (steamed, the only way) and an innovative wagyu lasagna - both were delicious. Brandon was a perfect waiter, knowledgeable and witty. Monica was a dynamo behind the bar, but made time to stop by for a moment to say hello. The runners were polite and deft in their delivery of our selections; sorry I did not get their names.

    Our steaks were over cooked and ice cold. Our server never asked or stopped by our table to see how our food was. Manager happened to walk by and he took care of the entrees, but we would’ve much rather had a great or even good meal. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

    The Palm was an excellent choice! The food was amazing and the Service was outstanding. We didn’t have to ask for anything the entire staff was very attentive and friendly.

    Our food was fair at best. The Caesar salad was browning and questionable. The chicken Parmesan was tough and very chewy. The salmon was fishy. Our waiter was great, though the bar was backed up, and we waited for drinks for ten minutes each time we ordered.
