   I like to bring my clients to the Nash because they do a good job. Every time I must ask them if they can turn the extremely loud music down. It is clear after dining at lunch yesterday that I must find a new place for client lunches. It is a shame.

   Service was slow. We had the Texas tater tots and the calamari. Neither were crispy. Both seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp before being delivered to the table. Will not be back.

   What a great place to grab a bite and drink before an event at Minute Maid. Very prompt service and great atmosphere.

   Very nice ambience and the food was great. Went on a Friday night, half full restaurant but was ideally quiet and made the evening very enjoyable. We don't go downtown much, but we would go back for this.

   Outside of waiting over 45 minutes to be served, it was a really nice experience. The food was pretty good and so were the drinks.

   Staff went out of their way for me. Paid my parking meter until I got back from the ballpark. Thanks Marco and nice bartender and manager for the great welcoming place to come back from having lunch here and going to the game. Loved it all!!!!

    First, the server and the manager did their best to make up for a subpar experience. They are not at fault. We chose to try The Nash as part of HRW based on their menu. When we started our order, the main entree we all wanted was not available. When we got to the dessert order they did not have two of the three items available. (You order an appetizer, entree, and dessert at the beginning.) instead of telling us what wasn’t on the menu at 6:30pm on a Saturday night with only one other table with patrons in the entire restaurant, we kept learning what wasn’t available as we tried to order. The entree was so bad, I did not eat it, nor did a second person at our table that ordered the same. A bland, overcooked snapper with a schmear of vegetables that had no taste. Equally as awful was the “strawberry handheld pie” that had no taste and certainly no strawberries in it. None of us wanted that dessert but it was the only one available on their entire menu. The manager explained they were swamped the night before and out of a lot of food. Wish we had known that before we sat down, as we specifically chose this restaurant for the entree and desserts that were not available. The manager did his best to apologize, make up for this experience, and was the only redeeming factor here. Heads up: The parking garage conveniently adjacent to the restaurant had a sign for $9, but when we paid upon leaving, it was $15. So, a lot of unexpecteds for our group. Doubtful we’d eat here ever again.
