The turkey BLT was so so good. We also enjoyed the pretzels, shrimp, but weren’t impressed with the smash burger. Overall a good meal and experience

Had a reservation. Upon arriving I couldn’t go to my table as upstairs was overcrowded but there’s a reservation. You would think that means save spots for x amount of people expected.

While our waiter, Dominic, was wonderful, and the igloo was nicely designed, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was for 7:00 p.m. for four people, and we were not seated until approximately 7:25, but several parties with 7:15 reservations were seated before us. That would not have been an issue except that there was no area to wait and the host kept moving us to different spots around the bar so that we wouldn't be in the other patrons' way. While we waiting to be seated, a new employee being trained asked his trainer about the igloos, and the trainer (standing right next to us) replied that it was just for people who wanted to pay extra money to sit under some plastic. Now that I've gone through the experience, I recognize that he might be right in that assessment, but he could have had more decorum than saying it right in front of us. The food was not good...i guess it was nice that the app was so large because it was another hour until our meals arrived. Food: Poor taste, half the food arrived cold, the other luke warm. I was so excited for the forest pizza, but was disappointed to find only one calabrian chili on the whole thing. The member of our party who had steak tips had several pieces that were well done, despite ordering medium. The rest of the pieces were blue, not a single medium piece in the bunch.

Loved our first time at the mercantile! Lots of gluten free options and food and drinks were great! The only thing that could’ve improved was the cauliflower pizza wasn’t cooked well enough underneath- I’m sure it has to be cooked on an aluminum pan to prevent cross contamination which makes the underside not get cooked as well but it could’ve stayed in a bit longer and it was a bacon pizza with just tiny little crumbs of bacon. My daughter was sad no honey mustard for her fries and burger but said it was good and her fries looked amazing. My sweet potato fries and burger were delicious as well and my other daughter’s kids cheese pizza was huge and looked soooo good!! Our waitress and the ambiance were fantastic too! Perfect location before the Railers game !

The Mercantile was the perfect spot to meet for our biannual girl's lunch! We enjoyed our food and cocktails, but the best part was the service! The waitstaff was attentive but also didn't rush us along and gave us plenty to time to talk and catch up- we were sincerely grateful!

Food was absolutely terrible and the lack of flexibility to make a pizza that was half cheese and half a topping was quite strange. Waitress was also not willing to make special accomodations for young children. If going to an event near the DCU, stay away unless just having drinks, definitely get food prior to coming to this area.
