It’s so expensive and over priced. The chocolate is riddled with corn syrup and not real fondue chocolate. Over priced for the service and servings. 600 for 7 people not worth it! Do better Melting Pot. For 600 it should be impeccable service and quality food. The 7 people were 4 kids and 3 adults. 600!!! No drinks either for the adults. Wow! Completely insane. We are done and not going back.

We got engaged in the main got women’s bathroom. It’s a favorite. Always delicious and always fun! We like the classic Alpine cheese the most. And recently had the yin yang chocolate and it was beautiful and tasty!

Neat experience. Quite possibly the most overpriced restaurant I’ve I’ve been too. $300 after tip for 3 people, that’s with a 10 year old.

Disappointed in the experience and food quality given the high cost. Our booth was cramped and uncomfortable for our party of six. A table/chairs with quest and server access from both ends would have been better. I thought 2.5 hours would be ample time for dining, however, you need a solid 3-3.5 hours to comfortably complete the standard three courses. Knowing this ahead of time would have been appreciated. We had to leave after 2.5 hours and skipped the chocolate fondue (without consideration). Steak meat cuts were sub-par quality; too lean. Sauces were served in very small portions for sharing across our party of six. Having to ask for more sauces detracted from the overall experience. Overall feedback would be high cost / mid-to-low value. Will look elsewhere next time.
