   Luke Brasserie is a stand out in the fine dining space. We opted for the three course lunch menu where you select two options and the chef selects the third. The precision of the cooking is otherworldly. Just one example--the white asparagus with truffle emulsion and piave cheese sprinkled on top was absolutely spectacular. Piave is similar to parmesan but more subtle, and that's the point--the combination with the truffle makes the dish just different enough to elicit a wow! New Haven has some nice spots with excellent food, but Luke is clearly aspiring to an entirely new level. Loved it!

   I don't know what to say....Chef Vincent and his entire staff are perfection...food, drinks, service and music supplied by Dana after 9 pm, literally transports you into a culinary tranquility that's hard to find in the area ...in my humble opinion. One of the best in the state hands down...

   The concept and execution are excellent; interesting, shareable dishes that are a good fit for a couple. Generous pour for a glass of wine.

   The proximity to the Schubert makes it a perfect choice for a dinner before a show. The food was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly. A great choice for dinner.

   More than five stars. Absolutely amazing. Every staff member there was so kind. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here—we were greeted with champagne, gifted a delicious side on the house, and they even ended our night with a complimentary dessert. We could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was delicious. The burrata was fantastic. We will be returning & recommending this place to our friends!

   We had the most amazing experience from start to finish. First time visiting Yale and found this restaurant on Yelp. The complimentary champagne to kick off the night was great then our table towards the back area felt like we had a private party. The food was exceptional. We tried most of the menu and all agreed it was probably one of the best dinners we have ever had. The steak was perfection. The cocktails were wonderful- we met the chef and truly thanked him for a memorable experience. Highly recommend!!

    Usually, we enjoy Luke's very much. Tasty foodn and excellent food, often concoct in a splendid, surprising way. This was the case this time as well. the experience was somehow disappointing, though. The music was extremely loud, so that we could barely talk, and the food came like in a rush. You can do better, and I am sure, you will do better!
