This 1930's-style restaurant balances a sophisticated and intimate dining experience with a casual and friendly atmosphere. Specializing in seafood and steak, the Chop House serves a traditional upscale menu and features weekly specials. The restaurant boasts an extensive wine and martini list, including our popular Moscow Mule, as well as local vodkas, whiskeys and liqueurs.

The Chop House is a gem found nestled among the brick buildings lining Historic Downtown Loveland. Reservations are always encouraged, especially for large parties. Filet had excellent flavor and cooked to perfection. Very generous portion (5) of large scallops. Risotto was very good. Potato leek soup excellent flavor. Caesar salad served on a frozen plate and while under dressed and missing a whole anchovy, our waitress was quick to remedy that by bringing additional dressing and several anchovies! Creme brûlée was a large portion and excellent. Limited selection of wine, but reasonable prices Restaurant was very busy, service was very good.

Excellent service, both had delicious cocktails, perfect filets, and super yummy mashers! Free creme brulee for our anniversary, and shrimp and scallop appetizer. Perfect night!

Great food and located in a vibrant area of town. Steaks were cooked perfectly for our party of four. Amazing filet of fish that was seared and crushed on the outside and moist and flaky on the inside. We had a memorable night. Thank you.
